How to get to Captain Whidbey (from Seattle)
OPTION 1 — FERRY
Drive from Seattle to the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal About 45 minutes from downtown Seattle (without traffic).
Take the Mukilteo → Clinton ferry.
Ferry ride is about 20 minutes.Drive from Clinton to Captain Whidbey Inn. About 50 minutes.
Total travel time: ~2–2.5 hours (depending on ferry wait)
OPTION 2 — DRIVE AROUND
Drive north from Seattle toward Anacortes.
Cross Deception Pass Bridge (beautiful views).
Drive south on Whidbey Island to Captain Whidbey.
Total travel time: ~2.5–3 hours
